Koreme provides telemedicine-based wellness and medical services through licensed healthcare providers.

The content on our website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. A provider-patient relationship is established only after completion of required intake forms, evaluation by a licensed provider, and confirmation of eligibility for services.

  1. Compounded Medications

Koreme does not prescribe medications for reasons of cost or convenience.

If compounded medications are prescribed, they are issued only when medically necessary following individualized evaluation and in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.

Koreme does not prescribe compounded GLP-1 medications, including semaglutide, tirzepatide, or liraglutide.

  1. Payment and Fees

Fees for services are disclosed prior to purchase. Payment is required before services are rendered unless otherwise stated.

All payments are subject to applicable refund policies disclosed at time of purchase.
